Clinic placement for aesthetic injectors

You're certified. Now go practice.

No overhead to build, no clinic to find, no staff to hire. We Practice connects certified aesthetic injectors with working clinics — with medical direction, products, staff, and support already in place. Treat your own patients, or start on a mentorship day with patients we provide.

Ready to start earning?

Medical director, inventory, staff, lease — the overhead that stops injectors from working is exactly what We Practice removes. Whether you're newly certified or looking for a simpler way to practice, everything is already in place.

What We Practice Provides

We provide the clinic, the medical director, high-quality product, consumables, reception, and staff. We help you get patients.

  • Clinic Space

    Treatment rooms, ready to use.

  • Medical Director

    Clinical oversight, in place.

  • Product & Consumables

    Stocked on-site.

  • Reception & Staff

    A fully-staffed front desk.

Patient Acquisition Support

We stay with you after that first patient too — with ongoing support to help you retain patients, generate referrals, and upsell additional treatments, the way an ongoing community keeps supporting its members, not just at move-in.

Supervised option available

And if you're not ready to work independently yet, we make it possible to work under supervision until you're fully confident.

  • An injector in navy We Practice scrubs and black gloves preparing a reclining patient's forehead before treatment
  • An injector in a white coat treating a seated patient's hairline while a colleague in green scrubs watches from across the room
  • A practitioner in black scrubs marking a seated patient's hairline with a pencil while a colleague leans in to watch

Who can start, and when

For physicians and nurses with an injectables license — however much you've practised.

Already practising

Start independently, once your documents and license are reviewed.

Newly trained

A clinical supervisor guides your first treatments until you're ready to work solo.

  • An injector in a white coat palpating a patient's forearm above a blue tourniquet while a colleague in green scrubs watches over her shoulder
  • A smiling clinician in a white coat and blue gloves greeting a seated patient under the light of a bright treatment room
  • An injector in a white coat steadying a reclining patient's forehead with a gloved hand while injecting along marked-out guide points
  • A trainee injecting a reclining patient's lip while an experienced practitioner holds the skin taut and watches the needle

Frequently asked questions

How do I earn under the program?

On your own patients you set your own prices. For each treatment you pay a flat overhead fee that covers the clinic space, equipment, products, and medical oversight, and you keep 100% of the remaining service fee. On mentorship days the patients are booked and provided by We Practice instead — a different arrangement, set out on How It Works.

What is the Supervised Transition Phase?

If you are not yet practising independently, you start by treating under an on-site supervisor for a short transition period. It is there so your first treatments in a real clinic are supported rather than solo. Once you and the medical team are confident in your technique, you move to independent practice.

What is the minimum eligibility requirement?

The program is for physicians and nurses who have completed an aesthetic injectables training program and hold the professional licensing their scope of practice requires. Limited clinical experience is not a barrier — the supervised phase exists for exactly that. No separate mentorship course is required to join. If you have not taken an aesthetic injectables training program yet, talk to us before assuming the answer is no.
